Annual Staffing Reports:

As you know, every 2007 NF rate enhancement report was (at minimum) extensively desk audited by the Texas OIG. As part of HHSC increasing efforts to recoup funds, all of the reports which were submitted with figures near their caps were especially highly scrutinized (many were field audited). It is now believed that it is the policy of HHSC to audit every report submitted for possible funding recoupment.
