Martus Financial Services respects the privacy and personal identity of all business entities and all individuals who share information with us. We do not sell mailing lists or provide information to outside parties unless we have received your written consent to do so. Whether you contact us over the phone, through this website, or via e-mail, it is MFS policy that we will not share this information with any other company, individual, or entity, unless we are legally compelled to do so.

If you are a health care provider, it is MFS policy that we will enter into a HIPAA business associate agreement with you prior to beginning any work for your organization. This agreement will accompany our initial engagement letter or proposal.

Record Retention :

Martus Financial Services ensures the safety of the business records supplied to it by it's clients. It is the policy of Martus to maintain printouts/paper copies of submitted client records and work products for accounting, cost reporting, and other engagements for a period of no less than five years following submission of our work product to each client.

MFS maintains digital copies of all your submitted reports and attachments in Adobe PDF format on our server. These documents are backed up nightly on our office server. Monthly and annual backups of this information are also maintained offsite for additional security. You may find a current copy of this policy here.
